- Do we need to prepare anything?
- A rough count of endpoints, and how many are laptops that spend most of their time off the network. That is enough to make the session concrete.
- Will you need access to our systems?
- No. We demonstrate on our own console. Nothing is installed and we do not touch your environment unless and until you engage us.
- Do we have to be an Acronis customer already?
- No. Plenty of people book this while comparing options. If something else fits your estate better we will say so.
- What happens afterwards?
- A short written summary of what we discussed and what we would recommend. No obligation, and no sales sequence.
