These terms govern your use of palmiq.com and the resources, forms and content available on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms do not govern paid services. Where palmiq delivers managed services, projects or licensing, the signed agreement, statement of work and service level agreement between us take precedence. Nothing here reduces the rights you have under that agreement.

2. Use of this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or receiving our services. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission;
- introduce malware, or any code intended to damage or impair the site;
- use automated systems to scrape or harvest content or contact details, except for search engine indexing consistent with our robots.txt;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit another person’s details without their authority;
- resell, republish or commercially exploit our content without permission.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site without notice where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
3. Forms, bookings and resources
When you submit a form — a discovery call request, webinar registration, resource download or support request — you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
Requesting a call or a session is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it directly.
Resources such as checklists and one-pagers are provided for general information. They are not advice specific to your circumstances, and using them does not create a professional relationship between us.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, code and design — is owned by palmiq or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print content for your own internal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify it and you retain all proprietary notices. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks — including Acronis, Microsoft, Fortinet, Veeam, Nutanix, Quest, Kaseya, Sophos, Ruckus, Centripetal and Scale Computing — remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those products and our partner relationships. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of palmiq by those companies beyond the partnerships described.
5. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep this site accurate, but content is provided for general information and may become out of date. Technical descriptions, service capabilities, response times, partner tiers and compliance frameworks change.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or a commitment to a specific service level. Service levels are set out in the applicable agreement.
6. No professional advice
Content relating to cybersecurity, compliance, CMMC, NIST 800-171, HIPAA, E-Rate or any other regulatory framework is general information, not legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice. Your obligations depend on your specific circumstances, contracts and jurisdiction. You should take appropriate advice before acting.
7. Third-party sites and services
The site links to third-party websites and services, including partner sites and our ticketing platform. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Following a link is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons without notice.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the site will be free of errors, viruses or interruption.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, palmiq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or connected with your use of this site — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable agreement, not by this section.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless palmiq, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions in your country of residence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
15. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, form the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
