Three ways to reach the service desk. If the business has stopped, call — that is always quickest.
How we prioritize
What counts as critical
So you know what to expect, and we know how fast to move. Our Security Operations Center runs 24/7.
Critical 15-minute response
Business stopped — systems down, suspected breach, no one can work.
Call. Do not email.
High Same business day
A team or a core system is blocked, but the business is still running.
Call or submit a ticket.
Normal Next business day
One user affected, a request, or a question.
Ticket or email.
Before you call
Common questions
- What should I include when I report an issue?
- Who is affected, what changed recently, the exact error text or a screenshot, and whether it is one person or everyone. That single message usually removes a whole round trip.
- I think we have been breached. What do I do first?
- Call us. Do not shut machines down and do not delete anything — that destroys the evidence needed to work out what happened. Disconnect from the network if you can, and leave the rest to the SOC.
- Can I raise a ticket outside business hours?
- Yes. The ticket portal and email are always open, and the Security Operations Center runs 24/7. Anything critical should still be phoned in so it is triaged immediately.
- Who can raise a ticket?
- Anyone at your organization. If you would rather restrict it to named contacts, we can configure that.
