Private session · Free · 45–60 minutes

Backup and disaster recovery, tested in front of you Not a slide about recovery times.

Most teams have backups. Far fewer have watched one restore under time pressure. In this private session an engineer restores a workload on Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud while you watch the clock, then walks through what that means for your own recovery targets.

  • A restore you can time — the number that matters, not the one in the plan.
  • Your estate, not a demo tenant — servers, Microsoft 365, whatever you actually run.
  • Retention and cost discussed openly, including what you are paying for twice.
  • A written summary afterwards, with what we would change and why.

What we actually cover

What people bring to this session.

“We have backups. We have never restored one.”

That is the most common answer we get, and it is the reason for this session. An untested backup is a hypothesis, and the restore is the experiment.

“We do not know our real RTO.”

We restore something representative and time it end to end. Whatever the number turns out to be, you will be working from a measurement rather than an assumption.

“Ransomware reached our backups too.”

We show immutable storage and pre-restore scanning stopping a reinfection loop — the failure mode that turns a bad week into a bad quarter.

“Backup, replication and archiving are three separate bills.”

Bring the invoices. We map what each one covers, where they overlap, and where consolidating genuinely helps — and where it does not.

Common questions

Do we need to prepare anything?
No. A rough count of servers, endpoints and Microsoft 365 users is plenty. If you have a network diagram, bring it — if not, we will sketch one together.
Will you need access to our systems?
No. We demonstrate on our own console. Nothing is installed and we do not touch your environment unless and until you engage us.
How is this different from the live Acronis session?
The live session is a general walkthrough on a fixed schedule. This one is private, scheduled around you, and built on your specific estate and recovery targets.
What happens afterwards?
A short written summary of what we discussed and what we would recommend. No obligation, and no sales sequence.
