Common questions
- Do we need to prepare anything?
- No. A rough count of servers, endpoints and Microsoft 365 users is plenty. If you have a network diagram, bring it — if not, we will sketch one together.
- Will you need access to our systems?
- No. We demonstrate on our own console. Nothing is installed and we do not touch your environment unless and until you engage us.
- How is this different from the live Acronis session?
- The live session is a general walkthrough on a fixed schedule. This one is private, scheduled around you, and built on your specific estate and recovery targets.
- What happens afterwards?
- A short written summary of what we discussed and what we would recommend. No obligation, and no sales sequence.
