Private session · Free · 30 minutes
Is Acronis a fit for your stack? Find out in 30 minutes.
One working session, run by an engineer who deploys Acronis for a living. You describe what you run today — backup, security, endpoints, and the tools holding them together — and we tell you straight where Acronis would remove effort, cost, or risk. And where it wouldn't.
- Your stack, mapped on one page — every tool, agent, and overlap you're paying for today.
- An honest fit verdict — what Acronis replaces, what it improves, and what it can't.
- The effort ledger — the recurring hours your current setup quietly costs your team.
- No pitch, no deck — you talk, an engineer asks questions and writes things down.

What we actually cover
What people bring to this session.
“We pay for backup, EDR, patching, and RMM separately.”
That stack is exactly what this session prices out. We list what each tool costs you in licenses and attention, and what consolidating onto one platform would actually change — with your numbers, not a brochure's.
“Backups run green, but nobody has proven a restore lately.”
A green dashboard is not a recovery plan. We ask the uncomfortable questions — when you last restored, how long it took, what an outage costs you by the hour — and show where Acronis makes proving it routine.
“Ransomware worries me more than hardware failure.”
It should. We walk through where your current setup would catch it — or wouldn't — and where Acronis stops encryption during the backup window instead of after the damage is done.
“We might already own tools we barely use.”
Very common, and sometimes the honest answer is: use what you own better. If that's your situation, we'll say so — the point of a fit assessment is the fit, not the invoice.
How the 30 minutes run
Three blocks, no filler.
- 0–10You talk, we map. What you run, what it protects, who touches it, and what breaks most often. No screen share needed — a whiteboard conversation.
- 10–20We hold the map against Acronis. Piece by piece: replaces it, improves it, or leaves it alone. You'll hear all three — a fit assessment that only ever says "replaces" isn't one.
- 20–30The verdict, and what it's worth. Effort saved, tools retired, risks closed — or a handshake and a map you keep. Either way you leave knowing.
What you leave with
Thirty minutes in, you're holding three things.
The stack map
Your environment on one page — every tool, what it costs, and where it overlaps. Useful long after this call.
The fit verdict
Written, specific, and honest: what Acronis would take off your plate, and what it wouldn't touch.
The next step — or none
If it's a fit: a scoped plan with pricing before any work starts. If it isn't: the map is yours and we part friends.
The deal, plainly: if Acronis isn't a fit for your environment, we say so in the session — and you keep everything we wrote down. We'd rather be your second opinion than your regret.

Common questions
- Is this a sales call?
- It's a working session run by an engineer, and it's diagnostic before it's anything else. You get the stack map and the verdict in writing whether or not you ever buy a thing from us.
- What should I have ready?
- A rough inventory: what handles backup, what handles security, roughly how many endpoints, and where it all lives. Fifteen minutes of prep makes the thirty minutes concrete.
- We're not changing anything this quarter.
- Fine — the map and the effort ledger are still yours. Most people do this a quarter before renewals and budgets precisely so the decision is ready when the money is.
- You're an Acronis Platinum partner. How is this objective?
- Because saying 'not a fit' costs us thirty minutes, while a bad deployment costs us your trust. When Acronis isn't the answer, telling you early is the cheapest outcome for both of us.
